How to accurately import SketchUp models into Giraffe

Using threejs.org to accurately import and geolocate 3D models in Giraffe.

Summary:

1. convert fbx to glb using threejs.org 

2. create 3D gltf layer in Giraffe

3. use the layer manager to directly set the insert point of the gltf model
